Old Lady Gets "A" Face Lift
With our specialization in historic preservation, we were hired by the owners of the Adam Grant Building to restore it to its original state of grace. The renovation plan relied heavily upon the original 1906 and 1926 architectural drawings, which were uncovered through extensive research efforts by our team. Project highlights include the beaux-arts entry façade, a new bronze entryway, coffered ceiling, Italian marble flooring in the main lobby and four nine-foot urns. The project was a success and the building received an "A" rating by the Foundation for SF Architectural Heritage.
